Working closely with the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for a broad range of Financial duties, including:
Monthly Management Accounting
Monthly Financial Accounting under FRS102
Accounts payable/accounts receivable
Reviewing quarterly VAT returns
Preparing budgets and ICARA report
Preparing quarterly FCA reports
Overseeing the annual audit process.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with c 6-10yrs PQE.
They will be comfortable in a hands-on role and will be able to operate in a really high performing organisation.
The Finance Manager will need to be a pro-active individual who is able to embrace a breadth of responsibilities and provide the firm with a first class finance function.
Experience of Investment Management / Asset Management and of Fund structures is imperative, as are strong Excel skills and experience of FRS102. An ability and eagerness to perform at both a strategic and operational level is also essential. Experience of Sage200 would be beneficial.
