James has a range of clients across both the buy-side and the sell-side and he recruits for a broad range of back and middle office roles with a focus on operations, finance and investor relations. James joined the firm in 2008 and has been Managing Director since 2016.

James has a degree in Management from the University of St Andrews. His interests include cricket, golf and Plymouth Argyle.
